Meeting Rooms
The library has two meeting rooms available to non-profit community organizations at no cost. All meetings are open to the general public. No admission can be charged and nothing may be sold.

            
Conference Room                                  Helen Wilson Room 
(Max Capacity 15)                                 (Max Capacity 75) 

  • Application MUST be received a minimum of 7 days prior to the requested date.
  • Organizations are only permitted to use the meeting room ONE day per month.
  • Organizations are not allowed in the meeting rooms until 9:30am-Monday-Saturday.
  • The library is NOT responsible for room set-up.
  • The library does NOT permit use of library equipment.
  • Include time for set-up in your requested time. You are not permitted in the meeting rooms prior to the time you request.

    You must read the library policy and sign the application before submitting.

Study Rooms 
Study Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis.  One hour limit per session.  Must present valid ID.
